H2H Media Group Inc. / UNbecoming warrants, and you accept, that H2H Media Group Inc. / UNbecoming is the owner of the copyright of the UNbecoming documentary film, the Unbecoming Course, the Unbecoming Community content, the Unbecoming app content, and all related databases of resources, articles, video content, and audio content available from time to time through unbecoming.movie and associated properties. H2H Media Group Inc. / UNbecoming and its contributors reserve all rights, and no intellectual property rights are conferred by this agreement.

H2H Media Group Inc. / UNbecoming grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use content and database(s) accessible to you subject to these Terms and Conditions. The content and database(s) may be used only for viewing information or for extracting information to the extent described below.

You agree to use information obtained from UNbecoming's content and databases only for your own private use or the internal purposes of your home or business, provided that it is not the selling or brokering of information, and in no event cause or permit to be published, printed, downloaded, transmitted, distributed, reengineered, or reproduced in any form any part of the content or databases (whether directly or in condensed, selective, or tabulated form), whether for resale, republishing, redistribution, viewing, or otherwise.

Nevertheless, you may on an occasional limited basis download or print out individual pages of information that have been individually selected to meet a specific, identifiable need for information which is for your personal use only, or for use in your business only internally, on a confidential basis. Refunds / Cancellations

We do not provide refunds for any of our digital products or training - including the Unbecoming Course, the Unbecoming app subscriptions, webinars, consulting, or advisory programs including our Awaken with 5 and other protocols. Our information and protocols are proven to work for those who implement them, and if you do not implement, we cannot be responsible for the lack of results you will get.

If you have no intention to implement, please do not purchase any of our programs.

Cancellations (for Membership Programs)

There is a 14-day cancellation notification policy required for any membership programs, including the Unbecoming Community and any subscription-based access to the Unbecoming app.

Non-Disclosure / Confidential Information

By visiting this site and/or purchasing any products from H2H Media Group Inc. (referred to as the “COMPANY”), you agree to not disclose any proprietary information concerning COMPANY's products, services, strategies, protocols, or teachings. Further, any and all information which by its nature is confidential and the UNbecoming in their sole and absolute discretion designates as such shall be deemed Confidential Information for purposes of these Terms of Use.

Participants in the Unbecoming Community also agree to hold in confidence any personal experiences, stories, or disclosures shared by other members within the community space.

H2H Media Group Inc. / UNbecoming disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. H2H Media Group Inc. / UNbecoming does not warrant that the functions contained in the materials will be uninterrupted or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that this site or the server that makes it available are free of viruses or other harmful components. To the extent you have in any manner violated or threatened to violate H2H Media Group Inc. / UNbecoming's and/or its affiliates' intellectual property rights, H2H Media Group Inc. / UNbecoming and/or its affiliates may seek injunctive or other appropriate relief in any provincial or federal court in the Province of British Columbia, and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in such courts.

Any other disputes will be resolved as follows:

The parties agree to first try to resolve any dispute with the help of a mutually agreed-upon mediator in Vancouver, British Columbia. Any costs and fees other than attorney fees associated with the mediation will be shared equally by each party. If it proves impossible to arrive at a mutually satisfactory solution through mediation, the parties agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration at the following location: Vancouver, British Columbia, under the rules of the Canadian and American Arbitration Association. Judgment upon the award rendered by the arbitration may be entered in any court with jurisdiction to do so.

If any provision of this agreement is void or unenforceable in whole or in part, the remaining provisions of this Agreement shall not be affected thereby.
