TICKET TERMS — ONLINE RELEASE

What you are buying

A ticket grants one person access to a single online live screening of UNbecoming on September 22 2026 at 5:00pm PDT. Access is delivered by email to the address used at purchase.

Access window

The screening begins at the scheduled time and cannot be paused. There will be a replay link that remains available for seventy two hours after the scheduled start. After that period, access ends.

Technical requirements

Viewing requires an internet connection and a current web browser.

If the screening fails

If the screening does not take place, or is materially interrupted by a fault on our side, you will receive access to a reschduled screening. We are not responsible for interruptions caused by your own connection or equipment.

Refunds

We do not provide refunds once the online screening ticket has been bought.

Changes to the schedule

We may change the date or time of the screening. If we do, you will be notified at the address used at purchase.

One person, one ticket

Your access link is for your use and one per household/internet IP connection. Recording, downloading, re-transmitting, or publicly screening the film is not permitted.

Age

Tickets are sold to purchasers aged 16 and over.

Transfers

Tickets are not transferable.

These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, CAN.

Restrictions on Use of Materials

Materials on this website are copyrighted and all rights are reserved. Text, graphics, databases, HTML code, video content, audio content, and other intellectual property are protected by US, Canadian, and international copyright laws, and may not be copied, reprinted, published, reengineered, translated, hosted, or otherwise distributed by any means without explicit permission. All of the trademarks on this site are trademarks of H2H Media Group Inc. / UNbecoming or of other owners used with their permission.

These Terms of Use shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of British Columbia, Canada, as applied to agreements entered into and to be performed entirely within such jurisdiction.

To the extent you have in any manner violated or threatened to violate H2H Media Group Inc. / UNbecoming's and/or its affiliates' intellectual property rights, H2H Media Group Inc. / UNbecoming and/or its affiliates may seek injunctive or other appropriate relief in any provincial or federal court in the Province of British Columbia, and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in such courts.

Any other disputes will be resolved as follows:

The parties agree to first try to resolve any dispute with the help of a mutually agreed-upon mediator in Vancouver, British Columbia. Any costs and fees other than attorney fees associated with the mediation will be shared equally by each party. If it proves impossible to arrive at a mutually satisfactory solution through mediation, the parties agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration at the following location: Vancouver, British Columbia, under the rules of the Canadian and American Arbitration Association. Judgment upon the award rendered by the arbitration may be entered in any court with jurisdiction to do so.

If any provision of this agreement is void or unenforceable in whole or in part, the remaining provisions of this Agreement shall not be affected thereby.
